Muay Thai & kickboxing courses by goal (8 fee categories). Private lessons (separate course, reservation only) are described in the membership guide.
Beginners, women and fighters — everyone trains on the same floor, each in their own way.
One lesson at a glance — beginners to fighters share the same floor.

You won't do all ten every time. A typical session centres on 1→2→3→5→6→9→10; as you progress, ④ Wai Kru, ⑦ clinch and ⑧ sparring are gradually mixed in. Your coach adjusts the content to each person's level and goal.
Start from the stance and basic punches and kicks. No sparring is ever forced on beginners. Your coach holds pads for you every session, so you improve fast while having fun.
Rope skipping, shadow boxing, heavy bags and pad work make a fun full-body workout. Muay Thai training burns a lot of calories and is popular as a sustainable way to lose weight and get in shape.
Kids build fitness, focus and manners in a safe, fun environment. Junior fighters in our group have already won titles overseas — a real path from first lesson to the world stage.
A no-pressure course for staying fit after 40. Move at your own pace, sweat and refresh. Many members join to fix lack of exercise and relieve stress.

Clinch work, sparring, fight-style pad work, conditioning, weight management and fight preparation — coached by professionals who develop professionals. Amateur fights are held regularly, and approved fighters can turn pro.
