Muay Thai seminars with Saya Ito & Noa Fujiwara (Oct 18 / Oct 21)
A special workout taught by two world-class champions, held at Shobukai HQ in Hachioji.
No martial-arts experience needed. Different goals, different fitness levels — each member trains their own way.
Start from the stance and basics. No sparring is forced on you.
Rope, bags and pads — a fun way to move your whole body.
Muay Thai is a full-body workout at an intensity you can keep up.
Base fitness, manners and perseverance, taught safely.
Clinch, sparring and full fight preparation, taught seriously.

Kickboxing grew out of Muay Thai, the national sport of Thailand. Here you learn the stance, punches and kicks directly from coaches who trained and fought in Thailand — with the coach holding your pads, one to one.

We teach step by step from the stance, and never push sparring on newcomers. Instead of one menu for everyone, each session is adjusted to your experience, age, fitness and goal.
Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand and the root that kickboxing grew from, adding elbows, knees and clinch work. Learn Muay Thai here and everything kickboxing needs is included — beginners start from basic punches and kicks either way.
There are no fixed class times. Come any time during opening hours; coaches adjust the training to your level and goal.
All videos are from our own floor: kids, beginners, women and fighters, all coached pad-to-pad.
Thai coaches on the pads, beginners, women, kids and heavy-bag work — nine training scenes.
World-title bouts, Rajadamnern fights and documentaries from our group, all on YouTube.

Coaches with real experience in Thailand — Pepsi, On and Dun — teach every member one to one, from your very first stance to advanced technique.
Fighters and members of our group step into the ring almost every month, in Japan and Thailand.
